National Women’s History Museum Announces Women Making History Event

The NWHM announces Women Making History to be held on Monday, March 14, 2016, at the Mayflower Hotel, 1127 Connecticut Ave. NW, Washington, DC. There will be a VIP and sponsors reception from 5:30 to 6:30 pm, followed by the general reception at 6:30 pm and the program at 7:15 pm. Honorary Co-chairs for the event are Senator Lisa Murkowski and Representative Linda Sanchez. Honorees for the evening will be Lisa Sugar, Co-founder and President of PopSugar, The Honorable Ann Veneman, Secretary of Agriculture (2001-2005), and Christine Walevska, World Renowned cellist and master musician.
